Revive is an open source ad server software. By default, it won't support vast 2 and vast 3 features. We developed custom plug-in to achieve VAST features.

Did you tested header bidding functionality by Running MySQL in ANSI Mode; if we start MySQL engine with --ANSI option all functionality will work properly?
