Yes, we have the mod / Plug-in to track the post back URL using Revive. When an ad is published on a server-side website and a click is made on the ad, it redirects the page either to certain destination URL or Application Download option.

When a conversion takes place, token id will be generated at the Advertiser’s server. The Advertiser notifies the publisher about the conversion that taken place by sending the token id to ad server through the post back URL process.
