The plugin can serve ads in Android 4.4+ till 10.0 and iOS 4.3+ till 12.2.
Yes, supports targeting feature on Device type, OS, screen resolution, Telecom, Device Manufacturer/model.
Some of the attributes tracked common for both mobile web and SDK like User-agent, user language, connection type, carrier.device type/manufacturer/model/OS/Version.
