It will display your banner for a particular number of times in an hour; this module would help you to achieve this. Using this module you can fix the particular number of times, for which your banner should be displayed in that particular hour. This allows limiting the count of banner show per hour

Easy to display a banner for a particular number of time.
This will display the banner on the time only.
Limit the banner to show in a particular time and targets the audience by time.
Limits the banner display time evenly.
