In the application the geofencing SDK can be integrated as separate part not affecting your existing app

This is the list of targets; East coast US / West Coast US / Caribbean / South America / Eastern Med / Western Med / Austrliasia / Asia / Pasific(9 zones of different countries) Or which plugin will be best for this service?

If you want to deliver image and text banners with country targeting and deliver in iOS and Android SDK you can go with Advanced Mobile ads with SDK plugin https://www.reviveadservermod.com/mobile-ads-sdk-for-iphone-android-apps
