Remember, the video must be short and engaging. Whatever you are trying to convey to the audience you have 120 seconds to make it happen. Ads must be short and creative; if not then grabbing audience attestation will be a tough task. Therefore the video length must be within 120 seconds.

Hi Steffi,
Well, we do have a fail safe in place. During these types of situations there will be a stationary image that will be projected to audience. A stationary image explaining the content of the video will load if the video failed to under any circumstance.

Yes, depending on which position the device is being handled videos will load accordingly. So both in landscape and portrait mode videos can be delivered, it won’t be a problem.

After two seconds of auto play impression will be counted, for a single impression it is mandatory for the video to play a minimum of two seconds.

Greater the file size, more the time to load the video. Therefore, to load the creative in a quick pace maximum file size allowed is 5 MB. Anything exceeding that will not be allowed to display. (
